I had an unlocked curve with service from T-Mobile with the data package. Everything worked fine. Now I have purchased an unlocked Storm 2 and have the same package with T-Mobile. The reconcile email message on the desktop synchronize menu will not allow me to process. The box is grayed out. Should this work the same as the curve?
