Reciever Problems

I've had many people tell me that when I talk to them from my Storm that my voice sounds muffled almost as though I was trying to talk into a can or something. I checked it out myself and they were right. Does anyone else have this problem or could it just be a defect with my phone thus allowing me to get a replacement?

It's pretty common I believe.

people say i sound great with mine

except when i accidently cover the mic hole with my finger or hand.

im not sure if i sound muffled on mine, but i have the same issue. people not being able to hear me very well on the phone...

For me it is indeed the same.
But I noticed that if I the 3G signal is strong, they say I sound ok.

its definitely the phone but a replacement didnt help me.

I have the same exact problem with the "muffled" sound. I do know that the handsfree device plugged in is a great remedy.
