Why does it prompt you twice?

1) are you sure you want to reboot?
2) a reboot is required to install modules etc. yes?

Seems like the second prompt should't be there and I have a feeling this app doesn't work right with the Storm.

i use it, get the same prompts. it works fine.

It is simulating installing a program when it is not actually doing it, thus asking you if you want to restart now. Kind of like when you install a new app or delete an app it asks you if you want to reboot now or later.
I could be wrong but I believe that is what I recall reading in another thread by someone else.
