    My battery totally drained. Pluggged it in to charge and it wouldn't turn on. Verizon sales rep said when this happens the wireless automatically shuts off. I've had many BB's and this has never happened.

    Is this a true fact?

    The phone wouldn't turn on or your connection to the network? Your phone connection automatically turns off when the battery gets low.

    I'm sorry, I clarify. It turned on. I couldn't retrieve email nor browse, cus the wireless turned off.
