I have my work email (BES) and a Comcast email on my Storm. I currently have a seperate icon for each inbox. However, all messages still go to the "Messages" folder. How can I delete the seperate icon folder for the comcast email address. It wasnt there after the update and then I realized I had not restored my databases. Once I restored, my settings were applied. Obviously, I created it, I just cant seem to make it go away.
You can't delete the email icon, but you can hide it. To do so, move the cursor over the icon, press the BB/menu button and select Hide. It will hide it and all emails for that account will continue to go to Messages.
