I just bought and installed both QuickLaunch and StormLock last night, and I just wanna make sure that both of them will continue to work if I upgraded my Storm from its current .75 OS to the .90.

Yes, they should continue to work. You may have to reset the permissions and/or register the software again. but there's no reason why they shouldn't work

Any OS update including official ones but especially leaked versions have the potential for causing 3rd party apps to stop working. You need to know that it is a possibility. If no one else who has those apps and this OS installed are having any problems then chances are you will be fine BUT keep in mind results on these updates vary widely.
