Questions on uploading movies on the Storm

How do I do it? What format does it has to be in? I like the storm. Im havin a good time so far. I hope it last. Someone please help a brotha out...:)

I have put a few movies on i used a program called format factory just do a search on it and you'll find it it's free to convert the file to 3gp or whatever its called drag and drop when its done voila

I use a program handbreak and use the psp settings works great
