Alright, I have had my Storm since release day one. I have had nothing but good impressions from it. Unfortunatly I think a fall may have jarred something loose and the screen no longer works, its just black. Now the phone itself works, but for obvious reasons I had to get a replacment.
I want to wipe the broke phone before sending it back but I know of only how to do that through the phone itself. My question to you all is whether or not its possible to do through the desktop manager, I looked but didnt see any options to do a wipe. Any constructive suggestions would be great, Thanks.
-To remove your personal information hook the phone up to your computer and in blackberry manager go under "backup and restore". Then go to advanced. Here you can clear out the phone.
