    I got my Storm on the day of release. My question is, is obviously, my typing has been better since putting a piece of cardboard behind the battery *which I was opposed to doing at first*, so would a new device NOW be better than the one on the day of release?

    Also, I do have .75 but my phone has restarted once or twice by itself, the video cam has froze during recording...I think thats about it.

    Again, would calling Verizon to send a replacement phone fix the issues I have currently?? I do love my Storm, so NO I am NOT getting rid of it.

    From the issues your describing I would start with an OS uninstall/reinstall..If that doesnt fix your glitches call for a replacement ..
