I just called verizon and explained the screen not clicking well issue and she said to bring it into a store and they would replace it for me...what do i tell them if i want them to order for me i dont want to have to go to the store to do this
i have had to replace two separate storms for work and the first one i went to the store and they had me call tech support from the store and they ordered a new one. the second one that was replaced i called cust serv who transferred me to tech support and they ordered a new one over the phone.
