Question about activation

My storm should be arriving via fedex in the next 3 hours, after which I will promptly activate it. But I had a question....

I currently have a blackberry 8703 for both my cell phone and my work e-mail. When I activate the storm, obviously my cell will no longer work on the old device, but will my e-mail continue to work? I assume not? I won't be able to have my work e-mail put on the storm until Monday, so if I go ahead and activate the storm today, am I going to be without bberry email until monday? Thanks

Do you use BIS or BES for your work mail. If BIS it should pick up your email, if BES you probably are waiting till Monday for work email.
