I am looking to get a Storm. How do I know that I am not getting on that was returned with problems, and am getting one of the latest manufactured?

Any help would be great.

Look on the box for manufacture date. If you are buying new at the store, you are not getting a used or returned phone.

If you are getting your first storm, It has to be brand new. I would think it's illegal to sell refurbished phones at the full price to new customers.

Yes, when you purchase the device for the first time is has to be brand new. No refurbs. zif it is, they have to disclose.
