Closest thing I can think of is a leaked OS -- they seem to give the Storm a mind of its own anyway. Giving the Storm another layer of control over that would seem unsound if not dangerous indeed. You speak to it and it may just begin talking back -- only to moan and whine, talk in gibberish and repeat itself...or it begins to taunt you and tell you to back the F___ off. Yipes.
