hi my storm screen says i have 2 voicemail i have none as well as none saved it still has 2 i tried doing *228 option 1 didn't work also tried putting back on basic voicemail and then *228 option 1 with no luck any ideas???

to check your voicemail its *86 not *228. Give it a minute and the icon should go away.

Try leaving yourself a voice message, then checking it.

My visual voicemail doesnt work. It did yesterday, but not today. I have 2 voicemails, it just doesn't show in my visual voicemail. I reinstalled it, rebooted, took out the battery and put it back in...any other ideas???

If you have missed calls you actually have to click them, to make the notifications to go away, not just look at them.

I'm having the same problem with the voicemail icon. It says I have 2 as well.
