emailing ringtones to my blackberry storm 9530 but cant highlight ringtone link in email to open n save. can anyone help?

Where are you trying to download ringtones from? The BB will only accept certain file formats, so not all of them will work.

from crackberry.....it was working b4 and when i upgraded the software on my phone it stopped working.

Within the email, use two fingers and touch the screen at the beginning and end of the link. This will bring up the highlighters, you can move them around and copy anything highlighted between them.
Position them so that the full URL is highlighted and then click the BlackBerry button and choose Copy.
Now launch your web browser, click the BlackBerry button and select Go To..., clear out the slot and click the BlackBerry button and choose Paste, and click Go.
