Problems with bluetooth

Suppose my BB Storm 9500 should support following bluetooth services:

Headset
Handsfree
Serial Port Profile (Data Transfer, SIM access Profile)
Dial Up Networking
Audio Source
A/V Remote Control Target

However, only 2 of these services are reported when trying to search from my DELL laptop or no services at all from wife's Sony Ericsson Cybershot phone.

The 2 services recognised by my DELL are:

Handsfree & Dial Up Networking. Hence I cannot exchange photos or videos with my laptop or other phones.

I have so far tried every single leaked OS version up to .106. Today I will upgrade to 113. But honestly I have very little hope that the situation will change.

Has anyone experienced the same problems and found eventually a solution?
