Did you delete the vendor.xml file in the app folder? That's probably why it's not being recognized. Go to Computer>C:>Program Files>Common Files>Research In Motion>App loader and delete the vendor file. Then retry your install.

Thanks, it worked. Amazingly, I have never had this problem before.
It is reading the OS. But it doesn't seem like the normal install. I know that sounds weird, but I will keep you posted after this goes through the install process.
