    Hiya,

    I just got my Storm about half an hour ago, and I've been trying to setup BIS. However, the BIS "Change Device" option will not allow me to enter a MEID and on the device, I don't have the option for anything other than BES. Any ideas?

    I had this until the data service was activated by the Carrier, after that it was fine.

    Call your carrier and they will walk you through it.

    I'm on the phone to Verizon now and they're having issues getting the device activated on my BIS account too (it's tellling them that the device is for a different carrier).

    I just got off the phone and Verizon and RIM got the issue fixed for me. I've got my mailboxes as well as browser icon, app center, etc. If you still can't register your device, give them a call.

    I called and they said they need to open a trouble ticket and call me back in an hour. They said the PIN numbers are not registered on there network.
