i'm new to using the bb storm and somehow i think i messed something up. somehow when i press the menu button, the options button(app?) is nowhere to be found. did i hide this? i cannot make a simple change because i cannot access this menu. its frustrating. any help is appreciated.

When you are in your homescreen, try to hit the BlackBerry hard key twice. It should display an "option" in the list

yeah i know that when i do that it 'should' be there. its not however and thats what i'm trying to get back.

Have you tried a battery pull?
