PRL Update does not save after battery pull
Hey Folks,
I seem to be having an issue that every time I do a battery pull (or simulate one with
Meterberry) it resets my Storms PRL back to "1". When I update again and go back
in (#4357*, send key with Telus) it shows the PRL as 8085 which is the latest.
Has anyone else seen this and if so what is the fix? I am assuming the fix would be
replacing the unit but I thought I would see if there is anything I can do before I contact
TELUS.
I am running TELUS official .122 on my device if that makes a difference.
