A co-worker of mine was having trouble with his Storm internet browser, he couldn't download anything OTA or access the 'net. He called Verizon and the tech had him do a battery pull and while the battery was out had him press the "SEND" key for 10 sec. The tech said that would clear the problem.
It worked. I was just wondering what is actually done when the button is pressed. Any ideas?

battery pulls in general fix a majority of the problems with this phone. Never heard of the "SEND" button fix though...any VZ guys know whats uup with this?
