My carrier told me that in order for my data plan to work then my phone must have a CDMA DEC number. I only have the MEI DEC number. Is it possible to change this? I got these phones unlocked from ebay and everything works but data. Please help

an MEID is a 14 character hexadecimal version of an ESN. DEC numbers are the numerical equivalent. MEID's are used now because they've started to run out of DEC ESN's.

Quick google search turned up this for me MEID to decimal MEID Converter

otherwise check the Options > Status screen on your phone to get the DEC

She said it had to be a CDMA DEC number for it to work and would not try the MEID DEC number because she already knew that it would not work. Basically she knows everything and I am the ***** lol
