So seems many have that 2week window of no reboots followed by reboots starting. After looking through all settings the only one that gets active after 2 weeks is "keep emails for" 15 days (default). Changed this to 30. Ill are if deleting emails after 2 weeks is a cause.

It shouldn't have any effect. In fact it should help because you're getting more memory for tout phone every twe weeks.
Also, every day it is removing messages that are older than two weeks. It doesn't magically happen every two weeks. For instance, today, my BB will delete anything I have that is older than two weeks from today. Tomorrow, it will delete that additional day, etc, etc.
