Ok I looked but couldnt find this anywhere so please bear with me last night i finally took the plunge and went from 75 to 132 on my 9530 and all went well or so i thought until i tried to make a call an nothing everything else works great but no sounds when i make a phone call the calls go through but i cant hear them and they cant hear me and the button on the call screen that says handset wont do anything when pushed i can hear if i use a headset but no sounds with out, please tell me step by step how i can fix this remember your talking to a noob with no experience..Thanks to all
Ok so i reloaded 75 and everything worked fine again with phone and then reloaded 132 cause read in a few posts that may be problem and still no sounds for calls so went ahead and loaded 148 a little better now i can place and hear calls but only on speaker phone, what am i doing wrong i deleted the vendor files on both before installing, im stumped, Please help
