I finally converted my entire itunes library to the mp3 format, took hours, and I went to sync my blackberry with missing sync. I have my media card turned on and mass storage support turned on etc. The first time it did nothing, so the second time, in the missing sync options I checked refresh smart playlist after each sync and still no music. I then went into my itunes to see if I needed to mess with their settings and all of my music is gone! Please help, it is not on my blackberry and not displaying in my library!
