downgraded from114 to .109...no sound from handset...works with the headset but the screen says handset...downgraded from .109 to .106 still no sound from handset...and i did multile battery pulls and tried the qtip trick...please help me out guys...

Have you tried a wipe/clean install?

actually i did do an nvoluntary wipe ..i got an erroe msge saying i needed to reload the os...so im not sure a wpe will help

What kind of wipe did you do, the type from the phone?
