    My storm is not working too well. None of my buttons work at all! Even when i click my screen... it wont select anything. the only way i can keep my screen lit up is by the charger. ive had 5 missed calls and i havent been able to answer any of them. Someone please help me to operate on this thing! PLEASE!

    This same thing happened to me. My phone is only 2 months old. I have a replacement on the way. I tried everything. I see calls and text messages and I can't select anything.

    If it does not work after a battery pull you need to get a replacement. As long as there is no water damage to the phone it should be free!

    well, the way i see it you have a couple of options. 1. contact whoever you bought the phone from and get your money back. (what i would do), 2. you can try to get in touch with RIM and get them to send you a new one which I dont know how to do or even if its possible.

    I would definitely get in touch with ebay or pay pal and find a way to get your money back though, i honestly believe that will be easier than trying to explain to RIM's cs dept why your "unlocked" phone isn't working right ya know. Odds of getting a "you shouldnt have bought an unlocked phone" run around are pretty high. Not saying that you shouldnt use an unlocked phone, just saying that it could have voided the manufacturer's warranty which would screw you out of a replacement through RIM.
