I get my work email on my Storm through BIS configuration (not BES). It's IMAP.
Any time I reply to an email for this account in full-client Outlook, I get a duplicate copy of the original message on my Storm. This is a duplicate of the email that was sent to me, not my sent message.
It only happens when I reply or forward within full-client Outlook.
Sounds like some account settings needs to be modified in Outlook....
Perhaps you should take a look there??

From someone on BlackBerry Support Community Forum:
"Microsoft Outlook seems to be creating a different UID (Unique Identifier) on replies or forwarding emails from the desktop. This causes Blackberry to see this as a new email and sends it to the Blackberry Device. The only workaround is to create the blackberry email address from the BIS sight and have your IT forward incoming work emails to this address. Works just as fast..."
...but that's a workaround/kludge. I'm looking for a solution.
