    How can i be sure that i am using blackberry internet and not my sevice provider ??
    I really don't want to pay extra as i already subscribe to unlimited plan ??!!

    OK, that makes no sense. You are using your service providers internet access via a blackberry package you pay for monthly. There is no other way to access the internet. You are getting what you paid for, period.

    Data does not use minutes, it just uses data, which if you have unlimited should not cost you any extra. Data is email, web browsing, most 3rd Party Apps, and IMs. You phone minutes are ONLY calls. SMS & MMS are also treated differently, they use an allotment, for example I pay 5 dollars per month for 250 text messages (SMS or MMS).
