Download the .jad file to computer, run desktop manager and then install it through DM.
when i save it to the computer then run DM it dosent recognize that their are any apps on the computer.
Download it form your berry browswer (OTA Link) and everything will be fine.
Check this thread out for OTA links

Just remember to use your phones browser.
Every time i download a jad file my computer says it will open it with adobe acrobat (that cant be right). How should these jads be opened? Do I have to save them to a specific location?
You can save them anywhere you like. I usually create a folder and throw all my .JAD files to that folder. I then use Desktop manager. I'll try to create a tutorial.
open them with your storm's browser, not the computer.
doing it with the computer is a more complicated method
Or you can drag the .jad file to the memory card on the BB. Once the file is there find it on the BB and click it..viola, installed.
the computer gives me a circle with a slash when i try to drag and drop into the media card
.... did I not just tell you what to do?
open them with your storm's browser, not the computer.

Once again for good measure
