Someone posted this in a different forum that wasn't related to the storm. It's a link to supposed Plazmic 4.7. Has any one else heard anything about this. Its not on the official Plazmic website.

I agree that it looks sketchy, big time. updated my virus programs and will do plenty of scans. Couldn't pass up the chance though. Maybe the mods know something?

Right after I clicked save and it showed progress that it was downloading.

I'm using Symantec Endpoint Protection (Corporate). v11

I knew it was too good to be true. Anyone else seeing this when trying to download?

Would try it myself but I let McAfee expire like a...well, you know...don't want to cuss.

bloudhound heuristic could be wrong, usually is. just like when it thinks my ipscanner is a virus or the various utils i use are.

when i get a chance i will image up a fresh virtual machine and try it out.

its not even a virus. its a heurcustic of a possible attack vector.

and this one is a adobe reader exploit, i dont think we are using adobe reader, so i think its probably safe.
