you can do the basic plan and add text for $10 you get unlimited vzw text and 500 to everyone else
Under select you get unlimited to everyone in the USA.
They do have some plans that inculde everthing all in one, like the 99.99 450 min unlimited text and blackberry data. if you get an employee discount this could be the best way togo.
