I have a Storm 9530 with OS 5.0.0.419 and when I get incoming MMS they are pixelated. I have tried downgrading the OS to 4.7 and testing out the MMS and it's the same thing. I have also used 5.0.0.328 and it's the same thing, pixelated when I get a MMS. I have Tmobile and everything else works wonderful, when I send out MMS they are clear and look great. Any fix for this? Thank you for reading :-)
I thought of that JRSCCivic98 but my boyfriend has a HTC Hero and when I had my mytouch it was clear as day. I have went from a 8100 - 8120 - 8900 and those were all clear pictures, now that I have come back to bold 9000 and storm 9530 those devices are both pixelated when I get incoming messages.
