I was wondering how i could move a picture out of my "All Picture" area and put it into a seperate folder, without it being viewed from the All Picture tab....know what i mean?? Please Help

It will always be viewed from all pictures unless you hide it.

But if i hide it, but it also gets hidden in the folder, correct?
