Not that I know of. You can try and create a picture folder and then hide the folder. I'm not sure if it will show hidden folders contents or not.

You can hide pictures in the pictures section of media. Just click on a picture, press the BB key and click hide. If you want to show these pictures again, click media, press the BB key and click explore. Then go to where you pictures are stored, click on the picture, press the BB key and go to unhide.
