People will call me, and my Storm will just viberate. THATS IT. No sound, nothing at all. It's on the 'Loud' sound setting. What is going on? I've been having a ton of issues with this phone.....

I've had the same issue a few times now...suks. Not sure how to get it working again, seems like it comes and goes...battery pulls don't always work.

I'd like to know what the heck is going on as well...just one more issue to add to the long and ever growing list!

Did you try to erase sample pictures and end up erasing the entire media file?

Also, stick your head phones in, give them a twist and pull them back out.

Happened on my wife's phone once, she pulled the battery and it was working again. Another time she had a ring that wouldn't stop. I called her, she answered the phone, the ringer just kept going and going. Until she hung up and once again, pulled the battery.

Battery pulls fix a lot of things!
