So since I updated to the new OS my Storm 2 seems to be really slow......when i for example delete 10 messages at once....it takes about 10 seconds to do so. Anyone else had this problem???

I do not like the new OS. I have been so frustrated at the slowness of the screen and browsers, non-response touch pad, not being able to answer calls in time because the answer button doesn't respond, bad signal and dropping calls in locations I never had a problem. I didn't really think it was the OS until now. I am so mad at it I am thinking about going to back to my Curve.

607 is the worst available S2 option. Try 451 or 517 for something decent.

nope. no problem here. I mass delete emails frequently. no issues.

Just a random question - but have you done a few battery pulls? How about a hybrid on top of the OS?

I had this problem when I first updated to .607. Then I put a hybrid on the phone and it fixed all my 'lagginess.' Works great now.

Mine works fine on .607. Try battery pull and make sure your closing apps. Also, if you're keeping tons of old emails and text, that will bog down any bb at some point. Make a backup and delete all your history...it's in the past, focus on the future.
