Have you tried answering them? Those might be ping messages from previous carriers. Do you have a new or old sim card in the phone?

If its an actual incoming call it's more than likely caller ID spoofing (someone is calling from one number but they have their outgoing caller ID to show as something different. That way you can't call them back and you would need to do some true digging to find out who they are). You could put the number on a blocked calls list, but since they aren't legitimate numbers it probably wouldn't help.
