When i try to make a call on my storm it shows that headset mode is activated which is odd cause i have never used a headset. my handset speakers and mic won't work during calls. when i call someone they can't hear me and i can't hear them. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I had this happen to me a few weeks ago after putting a headset in. I did a search and found out that somehow it was stuck that way.
The fix: I put the headset back in and wiggled it a bit. I had to keep calling a number that wouldn't pick up (voicemail)to check to see if it the headset thing was gone.
No problem. Next time, just search the threads for an answer first. Chances are is that someone else has encountered the same problem and there is already a solution.
