This is on my wife's Storm. I haven't installed it on mine, yet.

She's got all of her account info loaded on there. She's entered her login and password, and past that she's asked to enter her account number. When she enters it, though, it's as if she's entered nothing at all.

Now, I'm not sure if it's reloading the same entry screen or if it's staying blank, but either way, it's not registering her account number. Anybody else have these issues?

Simplest thing to do would be to go to pageonce on a computer and set up your accounts there.

That's how I do it.
