Not sure what it does or what it fixes. Has anyone got more information on this "Blackberry Software Update" or installed it?

The reason I went looking is because a Best Buy Mobile Manager told me today that there was a 0.70 OS update on their website. Needles to say, I couldn't find it but happened to run across this little gem.

I got all the way to the point of it asking my mobile number and stopped short of downloading it.

Anyone?
