I followed the earlier thread on this. When I go to thiis option and check for upgrades it stays on a black box that says requesting available upgrades. It never goes off this box. My friend has a storm and his instantly says no available upgrades available. anyone else having this issue and know how to fix? Please help

Make sure you have good coverage, mine usually takes 1-2 mins to go to the next screen.

1. Have you checked to see if you already have the latest OS? Check on your box, there should be a yellow/lime green circular sticker if you have the latest one.

2. You can do the update through DM:

I had a lime green sticker. It says I am on .65

does anyone have any advice as to how to get it to complete and at least tell you there is nothing there.

hi, ive been reading that this wireless update icon resides on the menu home screen. I cannot find the icon anywhere. I would like to have it for easy access instead of navigating thru the options to check every time. Anyone know how to get this icon on my home screen?

I had the same issue as well when I first got the Storm... Tried everything... Battery pulls, deleting and undeleting the service book, resending service books, etc. It didn't start working until I did a complete wipe
