I just returned from bring out of the country. I have read about the upgrade and when I turned on my phone it had a new icon for the upgrade

Is there any difference between the ota or dm upgrade? Faster? Safer?

Not sure if there is a difference. I did mine using DM and it took about 10 mins (maybe less, i wasnt paying too much attention to it).

I will probably always do mine with dm, it's nice having your os on your pc and being in control of the upgrade...OTA, meh.
