When i download an OTA app it sometime will be in the download file and sometimes not, most the time not. When they don't go to the download file is there anyway to get these apps or is there a way to fix this problem?

By pressing BB button from homescreen you can choose what folder they download to. Sometimes they go where they want to and not where you tell them. Simple fix, highlight it, press BB button, select move to folder.
