downloaded the .132 leak it's on my comp but can't get it on my Dm to download to my storm.

Did you remove your original OS from add/remove programs? Be sure to remove only the .75 OS and not the DM.
Secondly did you run the download of .132 to install the OS onto your computer? If not got to the downloads folder on your computer and run the .exe of your new OS.
And at last, did you unplug your internet connection from your computer when you ran the app loader through your DM?

dont forget to delete vendor.xml from the Apploader folder which is in c:\program files\common files\research in motion

i git the .132 to my DM the only other os on there is .75 an .76 but when i click on the .132 file it said that there is no software update is required for your device. i did delete the vendor file.

Delete the other OS from your computer. And as MePascal said make sure you disconnect from the internet. If that doesn't work uninstall, reinstall DM. Make sure you do a computer reboot somewhere along the way.

And be sure to do a backup of your data and third party apps using DM before you try to install the new OS.
