I have 3 storms to test with at work. I uploaded 85 with no problem last night on one of the devices. Tried .86 on the other 2 today and its just going horribly. Should I try again with .86 or is .85 preferred by you guys?

i have had .85 running since it came out and have not had one serious problem with it i haven't updated to .86 b/c of the things i had heard i would test with .85 if it was me.

I just went back to .85 from .86, never really had any problems with .85 like others have had. The browser in .86 is what probably bugged me the most and the camera slowed way down. Overall .85 worked best on my Storm than all the other O/S's.

I never had my music disappearing in .85. .86 erases my music for no reason.

Had .85, moved to .86. Fantastic OS update, only issue I have experienced is with the LED. Other than that, IMO this is the best OS I have had installed on my Storm. Started with .65, then .75, then .85, now .86.

There is a resolution for the LED issue on .86, turn off bluetooth indicator. You will still have the red light when a new message is recieved, only will not have the blue light if bluetooth is connected.

This is was fine trade off for me as I like .86 better than .85.

I am sure the LED issue will be fixed in the next build but only time will tell.

For me .86 is it, but it's also the first one that wouldn't work right without a wipe.

I had .85 and was doing 5 battery pulls a day, kept freezing. Updated to .86 and have not done a pull since I switched 4 days ago.

I had .85 and things went down hill for my phone. The battery all of the suddent sucked, i couldnt keep it on just ideling for more than 4-6 hours so i downgraded. .86 came out i upgraded and everything worked like a charm no battery issue and everything was faster. In my experince .86 is the way to go. But from what i hear diffrent leaked OS' are reacting diffrent with each phone so my advice try both and see which one works better for you.

.85 has been way better for me -- it's *almost* stable -- i had to downgrade from .86 after less than 2 days because I couldn't tolerate its bugs.

Still have et to make it through a video longer than 5 minutes without a freeze up, black screen with sound, or a random reboot.

.86 is way better than .85 .My opinion is no talklock and no weather bug .Both have memory leaks .
