Can anyone that has installed the 4.7.0.75 update and has a holster comment on whether the "sound in holster" option has been fixed?

Specifically, when setting the sound in holster option to NO, it will still ring.

If someone has a Storm and a backup of it, if that backup was to an unlocked storm, would if be possible to install that backup to another storm and that make it unlocked too?

Everything went well during my update. The lock/unlock seems to be a lot better as everyone has stated. The switch from landscape to portrait goes faster, but we'll see after a while of having the phone on.

This upgrade is sweet. I like to let a bunch of you with more experience test stuff, comment for a bit, then I try it.
Great info here. Thanks to all. Upgrade was easy and is as good as you say.
It also appeared to fix a video recording issue I had. Will test and let you know.

Unfortunately the camera still takes about 2-3 seconds to take the picture after I hit the button.

Thanks for posting this and everyone trying it out. So I downloaded the update, have not installed it yet. I plugged into the PC so I could backup and now I have tons of updates.

Question... Should I update what I have first using the desktop app and then do the .75 update or vice versa?

Camera lag is still very present.

Been using since friday and my unit has reset twice.. so this may not be quite ready for prime time.

Battery life is a lil improved over .65 I would say about 10% more useage then the unit my best friend is using on .65.

Memory useage seems much improved but I can not tell with the resets basically doing the same as a battery pull.

and still cant find an option to PING a BBMSG contact...

all in all what should have shipped with the phone.. would have saved alot of calls into verizon and alot of returns being processed..
