Hmmm....well I rebooted the computer and it does seem my monitor is dead...SHAT!!! And the phone is upgraded to .75 and works nicely. Too bad I don't have a way to see to put my stuff back on....lol

I just did a Google search and came across some articles in a few blogs saying that Verizon has released OS 4.7.0.107 to some BES customers.

Does anyone know if this is true?/available?

I am dying to update to newest firmware whatever it may be, I currently have OS 4.7.0.75

My storm came today and it has V4.7.0.65 Platform 4.0.0.82
so this would be newer than the leaked? correct? its runs very smooth

I just did the update, only took about 20 minutes. And I love how responsive it is now. I cannot wait to really test drive it on the train tomorrow.

I had a few probs mentioned earlier. Funky home page issue with options selection not working. I got home today, and for the first time my DM did not ask me to reinstall .65 as it was marked "prefered", in fact it was not there at all, and only asked me to upgrade my Core Apps. I did, DM left my .75 in place and only upgraded my Core Apps and now this thing runs like I thought it would from the box. All previous issues after install of .75 are gone now, and I am loving it!

Can you make an update to find the Media player that BB Desktop decided to delete off my phone? I don't even have the stupid Babylon AD video anymore. What happened?? My device no longer supports playing video, just an icon showing music. I want my Media Player back!

I installed the leaked OS .75 but everytime i hook my phone up to PC DM offers me oppurtinity to "update" it, but it apparently is trying to update it with .65. happening to anyone else? if so how do i fix this? what i thought was interesting was that i dont even have .65 on pc anymore, uninstalled and deleted it from pc. any thoughts?

anyone know why everytime i hook up the storm to the blackberry desktop manager it wants to update the core applications to 4.7? every day it says it even after i upgrade it

Finally installed .75... thanks Don. .75 works great.. a lot snapper than before... if all the updates are like this.... iphone is in trouble this phone is only going to get better and better.

well i got my storm yesterday and its totally awesome ! its not as glitchy for me as it was for most of the other storm customers. a little slow changing landscape to portrait mode but other than that great.By the way i still have .065 on it so it didnt ship with the upgrade so.......i downloaded the leaked one and burnt it to cd and run on my daughters compaq because i have a macbook pro.....anyway its all cool so far but this might sound crazy but it seems a little slower than .65 in my opinion but we will check it out and get back to you all later! As far as missing apps it asked to grab app center again and that was it. Everything else is just fine. I will post more later dudes.

1st things 1st thanks for the link Don!! Just upgraded to .75 and everything looks good so far. Now when verizon releases the official update, those of us who already installed the leaked version can just ignore the verizon one correct?

I just got my Verizon Storm which is unlocked, and I am using it with T Mobile. If I run this update, will my phone become relocked? Also, did I need to delete the vender.xml file? Thanks
