A lot of people were downloading it between 11:30pm and 4am EST. No one was having problems then.

Tried from his site and a mirror. No luck. I'm having to use a laptop connect card, people don't have wireless where I am. Starting to think that's the problem even though I have downloaded 75mb files on it before.

BTW, you don't need to delete the vendor .xml on this one..

Make sure you resend your service books after your done..

If you have no internet browser, on your BB, go to options advanced options > host routing table, hit the menu key and click on register now..

One more thing. I checked the digital signature and it says the 26th, so when the official update comes out it may be newer than this.

Cheers, was a bit sceptical about trying the 9530 update on the 9500. Will wait for Vodafone to release an official update I think, unleeeeeess anyone has come across a Vodafone leaked version.....

I have just spent a couple of hours and I cant get this update to go onto my uk vodafone storm, ? i was really looking forward to seeing this phone do what i hoped it would because at the mo it just really winds me up its so slow, hope voda get the update out soon!

Bleh.. I fell asleep during the update.. came back to my phone and my phone had upgraded but I lost all my info and apps and e-mail set up.. so I'm guessing I need to push my service books again.. But then reloading my backup for my apps isnt working..

And.. my phone turned on with no battery yet it was connected to the computer the whole time I fell asleep and had 3/4 a battery bar and I was only asleep for a few hrs..
