- I agree it's not that hard, but the English language is the hardest language to learn. I assume they were talking about non-Engish speaking people trying to learn it but sometimes I believe they were talking about some of the people on here!04-28-09 09:21 AMLike 0
- There is some evidence that this MAY, I stress MAY be true. Stay tuned folks, and in the meanwhile we can talk about it, but if it gets crazy I'll move the thread to the lounge, or close it.04-28-09 09:26 AMLike 0

what I am saying is that verizon storm users should not have downloaded leaked OS update or using other carrier like bell .122 in the first place. I have seen many storm users have problems after using this updates in the forums. so why bother downgraded to .75 then upgrade any newer updates so it sounds to me it is a waste of time with this thing all the time. best is wait till any carrier have officially release update then storm users can go ahead to upgrade new ones rather go downgrades then upgrade all the time.04-28-09 09:29 AMLike 0 - what I am saying is that verizon storm users should not have downloaded leaked OS update or using other carrier like bell .122 in the first place. - That's what I thought...I was talking to a friend and he said he never had to downgrade before upgrading to a new leaked OS. I think what this person is trying to say is that you probably have to downgrade to the official OS (.75) before upgrading to a new official OS. I don't see how it's a waste of time if people have been running a leaked OS and having less problems with their Storm. It would at least balance it out and make it worth having to downgrade to .75 before upgrading to a new official. Anyway I have yet to try a leaked OS myself...and if this rumor doesn't end up being true like every other one then I may give 132 to a shot.04-28-09 09:35 AMLike 0

Verizon, for better or worse, was taking half of forever to release a new OS. Their latest official, .75, basically sucked. So, the question for many people became, "do I spent some time updating my OS to an unofficial release--even if it means downgrading later on so that I can install an 'official' release--or do I put up with the crappiness of .75 for who knows how long?"
For me, and many others, it was well worth the investment of an hour or so to upgrade to unofficial/off-carrier releases--warts and all--so that I did not have to put up with the crappiness of .75.
Just my opinion. Others might vary.04-28-09 09:35 AMLike 0 - what I am saying is that verizon storm users should not have downloaded leaked OS update or using other carrier like bell .122 in the first place. You can wipe and install an OS with ease and without concern for the health of your device. Just do a little research in the forums so you know the proper steps.04-28-09 09:35 AMLike 0 - BGR is usually pretty reliable when saying things. Whether its .141 that is released or another OS, it will probably be today or tomorrow.04-28-09 09:38 AMLike 0

- i hope this is true im pretty stoked for this. I would figure it will be dropping around the evening when people tend to be getting off of work. so instead of updating during the day and possibly getting fired for not doing their job (cause people are idiots) then they can do it at home04-28-09 09:43 AMLike 0

- BGR also said that VZW was going to make .113 official by 3/31 too. Pretty reliable.?. I would hate to find out what they claim to be exactly correct. Maybe they have the inside tech guy who is programming Obama's Blackberry.04-28-09 09:43 AMLike 0
